WHEN IS YOUR NEXT COLLECTION?

I come out with new collections of jewels each month. Follow me on instagram to get a heads up on any upcoming collections or sales!

SHIPPING

All orders over $100 will include free First Class Mail through USPS. Each package will include insurance for the full amount. Select Priority shipping at checkout if you'd like to upgrade.

International shipping is available. Shipping costs vary for each country.

NEW RETURN POLICY

As of April 2025 all orders are final. This includes finished, made to order, and custom items. Please review listings closely and if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

If you receive a product that is demonstrably defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order. We will discuss replacement for the defective or damaged item.

CUSTOM SIZE PIECES

My custom size designs are made specially for you, so you can customize into it a cuff bracelet, a pendant, or a ring. These only apply to select items, and it will be stated in the listing if it is customizable. Once you have customized your order, and I have permanently finished that piece of jewelry, it is no longer considered returnable. These items are not ready to ship and take more time to fabricate. Please expect 7-10 days processing time.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

All made to order designs are fabricated from scratch after ordering, so please expect 7-14 days processing time. 

RING SIZING

If you have trouble finding your ring size, I suggest visiting your local jeweler. Most jewelers will size you for free. I have found this to be the most accurate way to measure your ring size. For custom size rings I have an option in the drop down menu where you can select "I don't know my ring size" this option will buy you time while to figure out your size, once you do just email me at wildsilverstudio@gmail.com.

REPAIRS

For any reason your wild silver jewels need a repair, please reach out to me via email at wildsilverstudio@gmail.com. Please do not send me emails about repairs for miscellaneous jewelry not made by me. Thank you!
